Mr Tay, 51, joined TMLS in 2010 as the Head of Partnership Distribution where he was instrumental in strengthening TMLS’ position as one of the leading life insurance product and service providers to financial advisory firms in Singapore.
Mr Tay takes over the helm
of TMLS from Mr David Beynon. Mr Beynon is to
be appointed as the President Director of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Tokio Marine
Indonesia to spearhead the newly acquired life insurance entity to capture the
country’s vast growth opportunities.
These appointments are part
of Tokio Marine Asia’s, the Regional Office of the Tokio Marine Group, growth
strategy to expand its life insurance business in Singapore and the Asia
Pacific region.
