American International Group, Inc, has named Mr Rudi Spaan as President & CEO of AIG Insurance Hong Kong Ltd, and Head of Country Operations for Hong Kong and Taiwan, subject to Hong Kong regulatory approval.
In addition, Mr Spaan will retain his regional role as head of Broker and Client Management (BCM) for Asia Pacific. In this function he will be responsible for broker relationships and major account management across Asia Pacific.
Mr Spaan also currently serves as Chairman on the AIG APAC Holdings Pte Ltd Board and is a director on the AIG Advisors Korea and AIG Taiwan boards.
